At Osuku today been 25th August, 2019, the country home of the Chief Administrator of Kogi Local Government, Hon. (Barr) Muhammed Musa Tanko to interact with his people using the weekend to reach out to his people in spite of tight schedule attached to his office
The Chairman was warmly received by the people of the ancient community as he went round to greet the elders and title holders in their various houses as he usually does whenever he is in the village
The vibrant Chairman first of call was at Palace of Ohinoyi Taru of Osuku, HRH. Alhaji Hussaini Salihu to pay royal homage. The erudite lawyer cum political juggernaut was accompanied by the energetic youths of the community.
The Monarch described Barr. Tanko Osuku as a true gifted son of the soil who has place his people in his heart.
“We are proud of him as son of the land who always talks about his people whenever he found himself”.
The Administrator also addressed the youths of the area not to engaged in inimical activities that may tarnish their reputation or bring dishonour to their land.
While in the community I saw a mosque that was built, furnished and donated to the community courtesy of the council Administrator magnanimity and largess towards bettering lot of his people.
