In his firm belief of the global best democratic practice, the Administrator of Okehi LG Council, Hon. AbdulRaheem Ohiare yesterday received in audience Hajia Maryam Bello led Civil Society Organization that works in collaboration with INEC to sensitize and educate voters ahead of the forthcoming gubernatorial elections.
The organization in collaboration with Kogi State INEC, Lokoja was at Okehi LGA to educate and sensitize the electorates in order to ensure a peaceful, transparent and credible elections and as well to make every vote casted a valid one.
During a brief interface with the head of the organization, the Council Boss commended them for organizing a sensitization programme to enlighten and educate the voters ahead of the polls. He promised to render all valuable assistance that would help make their assignment smooth and a success in Okehi LGA.
