The Federal high Court seating in Abuja today cleared Kogi State Social Democratic Party (SDP) Governorship candidate, Barr Natasha Hadiza Akpoti and her Deputy, which was earlier disqualified by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), to contest for November 16th Governorship election in kogi state.
Passing out the judgment,The also order INEC to include SDP in the November 16th election ballot paper.
