Fact: How police Replace the solar battery that was stolen in Rigasa, Kaduna over threat by El-Rufai

Nigerian police within 48hours recovered stolen Street light solar battery, at Rigasa in Kaduna State.

The recovery was made possible following threat to the state police by the Kaduna State Governor. The report, that was share by Ahmed Tijjani stated that

“GOVERNOR EL-RUFAI installed solar street lights in Kaduna RIGASA area.
Within no time,all the batteries of the solar lights were stolen, incuding the ones in front of a Police station. Each of those batteries cost more than #100,000. ELRUFAI Summoned all the Police DPO’s, & all WARD HEADS in the area & told them that in one week if those batteries are not found & returned and the thieves apprehended, the Ward Heads will be removed & all the DPOs face Police Orderly Room Trials.
In 48 Hours all the batteries were returned & the thieves apprehended

Fact check is that The police officers must be aware of the criminals activities.

If they are not aware, they must then apprehend one or two persons when they are carrying out the stealing.

Including the one in the front of the police Station was stolen, if the police were not aware, no any criminal will come to the front of police Station and stole battery.

Lastly, after threats from the Governor, within 48hours the battery’s were recovered, police still have many question to answer, on how they were able to trace them and recovered the battery’s.
