Some 3 Bassa Kwomu Boys in numbers was yesterday arrested by the securities personal as they heading to attacks Egbura community in retaliation of Tawari, Bassa Kwomu community in Kogi States, that was attacked and over 20 people gruesomely murdered in a cold blood.
Tawari is a community, few kilometers away from Gegu along Abuja Kogi express way.
Omokoshaban learn that the community was attacked when people were still sleeping.
Speaking with the Journalist, Chairman of the Local Government, Barr. Muhammad Musa Tanko Osuku, said that the attackers speak Fulani’s, and Hausa.
The 3 Bassa Kwomu boys arrested was said to be come from Osuku, all under Kogi Kotonkarfe Local Government Area of Kogi State.
Upon interrogation, they confess that they learned that Egbura people attacks Bassa Kwomu people, as such they are coming to take revenge.
Among of the items recovered from them were guns and Ammunition.
