The Supreme Court on Tuesday 14th of January 2020, nullified the gubernatorial election of IMO State, were Emeka Ihedioha of PDD was declared the winner by the INEC.
The court, while delivering the judgment, declared Hope Uzodinma of APC as the rightful winner of the elections.
The supreme court order the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue certificate of return to Uzodinma with immediate effect.
