Boko Haram killed one Officer and 7 soldiers, wounded 5 in yesterday Attacks in Maiduguri

One Nigerian army officer, and seven Nigerian soldiers was yesterday Tuesday 21st of January 2020 killed in Maiduguri, as Boko Haram terrorist ambush 156 Task Force Battalion at Mainok, 60 Kilometers away from Maiduguri.

The source who disclose the attack to newsmen said that the attack took place at about 1:00pm.

On the said attacks, 8 soldiers was killed including one officer, and wounded 5, while two soldiers is currently missing.

According to source, army has evacuate the body of the fallen heroes.

While on the other side, no significant report of either the insurgency recorded heavy casualties, but the source said some Boko Haram members were also killed.

Confirming the report, a call put through to Colonel Sagir the army public relation officer by Premium Time Journalist was not answer.
