Nigerian are worried as president Muhammad Buhari raise Nigeria external dept to $33.07 billion.
Nigeria Senate yesterday approved $22.7 billion external loan requested by President Muhammad Buhari, the loan was approved following a heat debate in the senate plenary, which later lead to close do meeting.
The loan was approved after the close door meeting.
The loan has raise Nigeria external dept to $33.07 billion.
Nigerian are worried about the dept stating that it will affect Nigeria for long time.
Some Nigerians who took to social media to react to the development, said that despite this accumulated of dept, Buhari has no any single project to show that is worth $1 billion
Bashir in his reaction said “Add the proposed $22.7bn to $33.07 = $55.77bn the most annoyed thing is where is the completed project worth $1bn in Nigeria?”
