Operation Lockdown is ongoing in Eket in line with the directives of the State Government.
The DPO, Eket Division led his men, members of FRSC and other Security Agencies to the streets of Eket to ensure that all shops, restaurants, clubs, sit outs, churches etc are shut.
To also monitor the exercise were the Supervisor for Environment, Hon Esta Nta,Mr Mfon Bassey, Youth Caucus Chairman, Mr Tommy Enodien, Comrade Aaron Ayara of Heritage Radio and Comr Nsikan Etebia.
