Kogi State governor Alh. Yahaya Bello has defeated Engr. Musa Wada of the People Democratic Party (PDP) at the supreme court.
Bello who was declared winner of Kogi November 16th 2019 gubernatorial elections by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), after pooling a wide margin of votes, was taken to court by his opponent, Engr Musa Wada of the People Democratic Party (PDP) who alleged that the elections witness a lot of irregularities and violence
The tribunal this morning affirm the victory of Bello at the November 16th Kogi Gubernatorial elections, dismissed Engr Musa Wada case.
