Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has inaugurated a N1.6bn Keffi Square and a Neighborhood Market Projects to mark his first 1 Year in office…
At the event in Keffi, Governor Sule said the projects were in line with his administration’s drive towards transformation of the state to a leading economic hub of the North Central Geopolitical Zone of the country.
The governor stated that the Neighborhood Market was made up of over 500 lockup shops while the Keffi Square contains over 1,400 capacity seats.
Governor Sule who called on the contractor handling the projects, to adhere strictly to quality work pointed out that the projects were to be completed before the end of the year.
The governor also assured people of the state of his commitment to fulfilling his campaign promises in spite of the Coronavirus Pandemic.
Consultant of contractor, Mr Shehu Tukur gave the assurance of the firms ability to deliver quality work on the projects within the time frame.
Chairman, Keffi Local Government Area Alhaji Abdulrahman Maigoro expressed gratitude to the governor for siting of the projects in the area as it would contribute immensely in boosting the economic base of the people.
