During an air strike executed by the air component of operation, Hadarin Daji, in Zamfara state, sets of armed bandits were killed and their weapons destroyed.
This was disclosed by Major General John Enenche, the coordinator of Defence Media Operations, on Sunday.
According to him, the chief of the staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubaka, commended the operation and committed to support them on the ongoing ground operations, to restore peace in the northern part of the country.
