Garret Rolfe, the Atlanta police officer, who shot and killed Rayshard Brooks, has been charged.
He was charged with felony and murder alongside 10 other charges. The other officer at the scene, Brosnan, is also facing charges in the case.
Brosnan plans to testify against Garret Rolfe. It is said to be the first time a police officer will testify against his colleague in the same department.
Garret Rolfe faces life in prison for the murder.
