Latest Chelsea transfer rumours: Kai Havertz deal close, Kalidou Koulibaly boost, Willian offers.

Kai Havertz has been linked with a move to Chelsea this summer.

Chelsea continue to be linked with a vast number of players in the summer transfer window.

The Blues have already brought in Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech this summer, as Frank Lampard continues to shape his squad for next season.

However, it is believed that the Blues certainly aren’t finished there and as well as targeting Kai Havertz, they are also looking at adding a new left-back and a goalkeeper to their ranks.

With that in mind, here is the latest Chelsea transfer gossip.Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen are close to agreeing a structured transfer deal for Kai Havertz.

That is according to TEAMtalk, who claim the London club are ‘increasingly confident’ of signing the playmaker in the coming weeks.

“Chelsea think they will get this one over the line, but it seems like Leverkusen don’t want anything announced until they have finished their Europa League campaign,” a source told the website.

Chelsea have received an unexpected transfer boost for Kalidou Koulibaly.

The Napoli defender has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League, with the Blues and Manchester United seeming to be the clubs most interested in him.

Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has previously said the club will not sell their key defender for less than €100m (£90m) but, in a new update, he revealed he would be willing to listen to a lower offer.

“Kalidou is a wonderful person and of course it’d be sad to lose him,” the Napoli chief told Sky Italia.

“Everything has a time and a place, even when it comes to going our separate ways.

“Having said that, we don’t have €90m (£81m) on the table and in any case, it takes two to separate.”

Chelsea, Barcelona and Inter Miami have all made contract offers to Brazilian forward Willian.

That is according to Sky Sports, who claims Barcelona are understood to have fulfilled Willian’s request for a three-year deal.

Willian has been at Chelsea since August 2013, winning two Premier League titles and an FA Cup during his time with the London club, but could leave the club this summer.
