Rape of minor has become pandemic in our society, government and non government bodies are trying had to bring the case of raping to an end in Nigeria.
But it seem that, Nigeria government has not enacted stiffer penalty for rapist.
Recently Kaduna state government take a bold step by signing into law to Castrate any one found guilty of rape in the state.
That means, from now henceforth, anyone found guilty of rape in Kaduna State will have his penis cut off from his body via medical procedure.
Many people, mostly women has called on Kaduna government to make sure the law is enforced.
Despite the out cry and some light penalties for rapist in other state in Nigeria, rape case keep increasing day by day.
The question we have for you guys this evening is that, will Castration as a penalty for rapist stop rape in Nigeria?
