Kwara State governor, Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq has announced N50 Million to support those who were affected by the recent brake down of law in the state.
The governor made the announcement after inspecting properties destroy in the state.
Recall that #ENDSARS protest which started two weeks ago was later hijacked by some hoodlums, leading the lost of lives and destruction of properties across the country.
The governor said “I visited the sites of some of the businesses that were looted by hoodlums. What I saw was disheartening. We will help the owners of these businesses get back on their feet. We’ve set up a N500m fund that they can apply for by visiting the official website of the Kwara State Government.”
