The anambra state government has declared monday Nov 16,a work free day in honor of the late pioneer president of Nigeria ,Dr Mandi Azikiwe.
Zik,as he was fondly called ,was born on Nov 16,1904 in Zangeru in todays Niger state.
In a public service announcement by the commissioner for information and public enlightenment,C-Don Adinubu,said All government officies except those which provided essentials services will not open for business just like the organized private sector and open market in the state.
