Kogi State University Vice Chancellor Increase School Fees 100 Percent, Austin Okai React

Austin Okai has taken to his official Facebook page to react to the recent increment of fee in Kogi State university, Anyigba.

In his reaction, Austin described the 100 percent increase of schools fee at this period as miscalculation.

He said “ATTENTION Prof. Marietu Tenuche the Vice Chancellor, Kogi State University (KSU), Anyigba.

The students of Kogi state university Anyigba can’t meet up with the new increase you just effected.
Please reconsider and revert and Re approach that decision,
The whole world is battling with COVID-19 effects and thinking of how to stimulate the Economy, this is not time for extortion.
Think on this

Hostel fees from 10.000 naira to 20,000, 30,000 naira and the latest hostel is now 60,000 naira and acceptance fees move from 8000 to 20000 naira. Everything increase 100% and I guess school fees is next.”
