Now Nnamdi Kanu Has Been Rearrested by Nigeria Govt, Can His arrest Restore Peace in North?

The leaders of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu has been arrested by Nigeria Government.

Kanu who jump bail and escape from Nigeria over treason charge for Demanding for the Republic of Biafra was Rearrested on the 27th of June 2021 with the help of Interpol and fly back to Nigeria.

His arrest has been making headline since yesterday.

Many people mostly from the Northern part of Nigeria are celebrating his arrest.

While they celebrate the arrest of Kanu, they were been killed everyday by Bandits and Boko Haram, Nigeria Government and Northerners didn’t make any effort in arresting Bandits and Boko Haram leaders.

As at today 30th of June 2021, 3 days after the arrest of Kanu, Bandits attack Kano State governor convoys.

In Zamfara, Bandits killed lawmaker, and many crime has been committed in the North.

Children and student can no longer go to school for fear of abducted by Bandits.

Farmers can no longer go to farm for fear of been killed by Fulani Herdsmen.

All of this problem is still going in the North, but they didn’t find it as a Problems.

The question now is Nnamdi Kanu has been arrested, will that bring peace to the North, or will the arrest of Kanu stopped Killing in the North?
