Crippled kidnapper Buhari Haruna of Kankia LG of Katsina state apprehended by the police

A Crippled kidnapper identify as Buhari Haruna who is a Kidnapper has been arrested.

He was arrested in Kankia Local Government Area of Katsina state by the police while picking up a ransom of N2m brought by Hamisu Salisu of the same LG, who had been threatened by Haruna!

Now the question how was he able to carried out his kidnaping activities when is a cripple?
