Lagos State Motorcyclists has decended on a police officer, killed him and set his van ablaze.
The victim was a chief Superintendent identify as Kazeem Abonde.
Naijablog gathered that Abonde was killed in a clash between men of Nigerian police officers and motorcyclist in Ajao Estate.
Report has it that trouble started when some policemen were carrying out enforcement in the area on Thursday.
The angry motorcyclist riders protesting over the seizure of the means of their livelihood were said to have resisted them.
The situation was said to have snowballed into a clash and resulted in the death of Abonde, who was reportedly hacked to death.
