AKINDELE KUMOLUYI(ILE ERU) a convicted narcotic leader beat up my mum and forcefully eject her from her apartment and the police is helpless because he is rich
This is an injustice the police is not doing their work as regards the injustice that was perpetrated by a convicted drug dealer in the person of Akindele popularly known as ile Eru.he let an apartment to my mum and her rent expired 31 of October 2021 last month, before the rent expires I told my lawyer to write him that we will be leaving the apartment that he should give us a month to park our belongings and to also have time to settle down in the new apartment I got for her. In the letter my lawyer also made it clear that we will make payment for the extra one month we used. He refuse to take the letter from us and insist that we should leave the house on the day our rent expires. It has become a norms for him and such atrocity is well known with him as a landlord that forcefully eject his tenants on the day their rent expires even if you cry blood to beg for one day he will never agree. He will come with thug beat you up force you to pack your belongings while he stay.
The said narcotic leader on the 31 of October 2021 came to luck my mum apartment with no quit notice or whatsoever. My mum went out to get drugs for her ulcer on getting back home she noticed her door was locked and her room was vandalized. She immediately call me and I put a call through to my lawyer, my lawyer advice that we report the case at the nearest police station which we did at Adeniji police station, but all our efforts for the police to get our statements became futile as we notice that the police in adeniji police station is on his payroll and we immediately call our lawyer to seek for other legal option, my lawyer advice that we go to Lions building which we did, we wrote a petition against him and his boys who came to her apartment. The petition was taken by inspector Tolu of lion building. Every effort to get Mr Akindele and his boys became futile as he is no longer pickings police call nor accept the letter of invitation sent to him.
After so much pressure from lion building he letter call my mum to tell her that he gave her two weeks which is suppose to lapse today Sunday 14th of November 2021. My Mum just called me now that he came with thug to beat her up. If a notorious drug dealer could get away with whatever atrocity they commit how much more a holy politician. This is the injustice the system has created and I will go to any length to seek justice for my mum.
