Young lady has taken to twitter to revealed how she has achieved her mission of infecting many people as she can with HIV.
The lady identify as Afro-Sophia on twitter revealed that no fewer than 115 guys and 19 girls so far has contracted HIV through her.
She Said
I got affected by my brother best man in 2016, when I was just 18 years. he was a first and only guy I had sex with the till I turn 20. Since Dec 2017 I tested positive, I made it my mission to give to others what was given to me, without condom about 115 guys and 19 girls now and counting.
