Academic Staff Union of the University, ASUU said there no reason to suspend the ongoing strike, which the three months warming up strike come to an end today 9th of May 2022.
The Nigeria academic body made this known while in a meeting to decides what will be the next line of action as the warming strike come to an end.
According to the update posted on Twitter, ASUU said:
We are still meeting. But from the reports given so far, we have no reason to suspend the strike. The Federal Government is not serious.
