Veteran Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw, on Monday, picked comedian, Debo Adebayo aka Mr Macaroni, as her ‘Man Crush Monday’.
Man Crush Monday is a social media trend to celebrate men on Mondays.
Henshaw posted a photo of the comedian and hailed him for highlighting issues affecting Nigerians.
She said, “Henshaw wrote, “#MCM, You chose to use you talent in a humorous way while highlighting issues that affect us all in Nigeria. You chose to leave your comfort zone and use your voice, your treasure, even in the face of adversity. You are hardworking, humble, supportive and just all round fun guy. Thank you for all you do. I celebrate you #mrmacaroni1. Let’s give honor to whom honour is due people, at least while they are still with us. May God protect you and all that concerns you.”
Mr Macaroni was caught in a social media backlash over the portrayal of nurses in one of his skits over the weekend.
