Omokri via his Twitter handle said he has apologize to Peter Obi over his comments on AriseTV.
Omokri has initially describe Peter Obi as Opotunistic candidates.
According to him, while reacting to Peter Obi defection to Labour Party, From PDP, Omokri said Obi defection has no effect on the party.
In tweet on the 29th of May 2022, Omokri reveal that he just apologize to Peter Obi over his comments.
He said
I have just spoken to @PeterObi. I apologise for my comments on AriseTV, and Peter told me to inform the public that certain persons on Twitter and other social media, who have alienated him from so many, do not speak for him or his campaign. He will also be tweeting a statement.
