Comrade Gospel Ifechikwu in his step down notification said:
I wish to use this medium to inform my esteemed supporters, friends and family members that due to Personal reasons, I will not be taking my political ambition for the Aniocha South State Constituency on the platform of Labour Party for the 2023 elections any further from here.
I must thank everyone who has supported me in one way or the other, as I remain irrevocably committed and will continue to make profound sacrifices, going forward, towards a better Aniocha South Constituency, Delta State and Nigeria at large, using various platforms at my disposal.
