22-yr-old Health worker ends it all, hours after her boyfriend passed away in Adamawa
A 22-year-old female health worker, identified as Florence Vandi, has committed suicide in the Viniklang community in the Girei LGA of Adamawa State.
Florence, who was attached to Girei Primary Health Care Centre, allegedly took her own life by consuming poisonous substance on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.
The PPRO Adamawa State Police Command, SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, in a statement said: “The deceased took the unfortunate decision few hours after the death of her boyfriend, Nuhu Boniface, who died while receiving treatment at the hospital.”
