Landlord on the ran after killing DESPO final year student over generator

A final year student of Delta State Polytechnic Otefe-Oghara (DESPO), identified as Ishie Abraham, has allegedly been shot dead by his landlord, one Ajiri Felix Ajaska.

The deceased, a student from the Department of Computer Science, was shot and killed on Tuesday, December 12, during an altercation with the suspect, who’s the former chairman of the community.

According to eyewitness reports, trouble started after the duo had a disagreement over the use of a generator. The matter was reported to the community chairman who ruled in favor of the student.

Unhappy with the ruling, the suspect was said to had threatened the deceased, a threat he made goes on when he pulled a gun and shot the student at close range on Wednesday.

The student died on the spot, while the suspect took to his heels.
