At about 4 to 5 pm yesterday, Bassa militias attacks some of the Egbura people that went for fishing in a fishing pond, at Adimbeku community in Bassa Local Government Area (LGA) of Kogi State. At spot, it was reported that the bassa militias killed one of the Egbura little boy.
On the development, the youth of the community has to raise up and defend themselves from been killed by the Bassa militias, they do that by counter attack, also on the process of counter attacks, Bassa militias succeeded in killing one of the Egbura youth.
To confirmed the incident, a phone call was put through to one of the youth in the area at about 8pm that same day, omokoshaban.com learn that no security personal were deployed to the area.
In responding to the development, the youth who don’t want his name to mentioned said that this is not the first time bassa people are attacking them.
According to him, the attack is always, we don’t have peace, we cannot sleep with our eye close.
Please we need intervention of the federal government to save us from the scrupulous elements, we need peace, he added.
