According to his tweets, “An investment in education pays the highest dividend. Nigerians used to know Bayelsa for militancy, but today, militancy has almost been eradicated in Bayelsa. Why? Because as an investment in education increases, interest in destruction reduces. Thanks to @iamHSDickson”.
