Appeal court has order Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), to withdraw certificate of return issued to Hon. Abdulkarim Usman Wambai, APC House of Representative elect, representing Lokoja/Kotonkarfe Constituency.
According to Statements signed by Christy N. Haruna, Ag. Deputy Chief Registrar, “the certificate of return issued to the 2nd (Hon. Wambai Usman) respondent by the 1st respondent is hereby set aside.
“The 1sth Respondent is hereby ordered to issue certificate of return to the 1st (Shaba Ibrahim) Appellant as the duly elected member, Federal House of Representative in respect to Lokoja/Kogi Kotonkarfe Federal constituency growth.”
