The humble, versatile, workable wife of Kogi LG Administrator and chairperson of the council, Hajia Halimat Muhammed Tanko Musa Osuku has reach out to APC women support groups in the central senatorial district of the State
Madam Tanko made the called at the APC central zonal women rally at Akpafa, Ogori Magogo LG headquarters on Monday urging the women to massively vote for BellOnoja in return for sound health facility, women development center, education and others social amenities would be given priority.
Mrs Tanko has also called for collaborative support of the entire central districts so that the government will continue to provide them with positive initiative in the areas of educational development to promote community growth.
According to her, the women development center was donated by the first Lady, Hajia Rashida Yahaya Adoza Bello, wife of the State Governor in partnership with her office and NGO foundation
She said that the provision of the government laudable projects sighted in the communities across the State was the first of its kind, in terms of assistance geared towards improving the well-being of the residents particularly in Ogori Magogo LG.
The Kogi LG versatile chairperson charge the Ogori Magogo populace especially the women folks to continue to support the government of the day for more physical dividends of democracy; “we appreciate your good support and we solicit for further support for collaboration in enduring Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello, his Deputy, David Edward Onoja is voted and deliver in the coming November 16 election in the State.
“Apart from being one of the most peaceful LG in the State, the council has produce industrious sons and daughters who are making the State proud over their services to humanity and State in general
On her part, the First Lady, Hajia Rashida Yahaya Adoza Bello said her husband and Governor of Kogi State will continue to support the women in the State in its efforts to eradicate polio disease and strengthen the health of the citizenry.
She said that the Kogi State Government would continue to provide basic amenities such as health, education and job creation for young people, because it is critical for community development.
“What we seeks from you is to support the government of the day to promote community growth for sustainable future generations.
“We will partner with the Council women to help in building support systems, such as health that is our priority in the New Direction,”
Hajia Rashida said, “we will contribute our quota to assist the people of Ogori Magogo community the best way that we can to improve their health.”
Those in attendance are LG Administrator wives, Deputy Governor Wife from Edo State, APC LG Women Leaders, Bello Vanguard Support Group from Kogi LG and APC women support groups from central region were part of the occasion.
The rally was peaceful, orderly, well coordinated women came out in their number to recieved the First lady.
