Toto LG Boss Pledge Holistic Sustainability of BSHIP Program, warn Health workers on acts of Sabotage

Chairman TLGA Hon Prince Nuhu Adamu Dauda pledge to sustain the good mentorship of NSHIP program in his LGA .
The chairman speaking through his deputy Hon Ibrahim Kabir Musa while addressing critical stake holders of NSHIP program in the council said it’s regrettable that the program is winding up soon, he however expressed the council appreciation to WHO (world health organization), the primary health care development Agency Lafia Nasarawa state and all other donors for considering Toto local government area for the PBF program.
Hon Kabir pledge the council readiness and willingness for a HOLISTIC SUSTAINABILITY of the NSHIP program, as health services provision is one of the critical responsibility of the government. He warned officers in charge and all other staff who are directly or indirectly involved in the sector to desist from any acts of sabotage at the course of discharging their constitutional responsibilities.
Also speaking at the meeting the executive chairman of the Agency represented by Haj Safiya Ahmed said owing to the fact that the NSHIP program will be winding up soon, has become very necessary for the Agency to dialogue with all stake holders and especially the local government officials on need for sustainability in terms of infrastructural and in area of quality service delivery in the sector. Haj Ahmed solicit the council support to ensure that all that is needed for the facilities to exist are put in place, she assured the Agency commitment and readiness in providing a conducive atmosphere for the staff in the department for the overall interest of the masses.
The meeting which took place at the cool room meeting Hall Toto town on 6/1/2020 have in attendance all the elected councillors, Tlg executive council members all Oics all WDCs and representative of Hired (casual) staff.
