Engineer Sule on Friday, paid an unscheduled visit to Government Girls Secondary School, Garaku, to inspect ongoing renovation work

A leader is someone whose name, reputation and antecedents always and certainly, translate to positive development.

Engineer Abdullahi Sule on Friday, paid an unscheduled visit to Government Girls Secondary School, Garaku, to inspect ongoing renovation work.

Engineer Sule who expressed concern on the slow pace of work at the school, especially with academic activities already taking place, impressed on the contractor on the need to hasten work in order not to cause further disruption of learning activities in the school.

Confronted by the school principal who was eager to show appreciation to the Governor for undertaking the renovation work, Engineer Sule told her point blank not to thank him, but to await the arrival of his friend who undertook to renovate the school free of charge.

The renovation work which will see the school’s hostels and classrooms renovated and given new lease of life, is expected to run into millions of naira.

“Don’t thank me. Wait for my friend who agreed to renovate the school free of charge to come then you can thank him,” the Governor told the principal.

Indeed, Engineer Sule is a leader that has come to serve, who has come with the intrusion to convey goodness to the length and breadth of Nasarawa State.
