They were to build transformer stations, replace all faulty transformers in residential areas, and deploy new ones to new areas. They failed! TODAY, NEIGHBORHOODS AND COMMUNITIES BUY THEIR TRANSFORMERS.
They have violated everything about the agreement they signed.
The FG should terminate the contract on the grounds of BREACH OF AGREEMENT and NON PERFORMANCE.
