Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello was in 2019 elected as Governor of Kogi State for second term.
The governor in his first term is referred as nonperforming governor.
Some people refer to him as the worst governor in Nigeria.
But shortly before he was elected for second term, the governor make history by building the first chapel in Kogi State government House.
