They called for the closure of schools, night clubs/other event centres, restricted workers to their homes but in this picture is the scene at the Alausa NIMC office this morning.
They claim there is a second wave of COVID-19 but asked citizens to link their NIN to their phone numbers or get blocked in two weeks. Now, the millions of Nigerians without NIN are in panic, except me.
