COUNCILLOR REPRESENTING WARD 2 CENTRAL/MAJORITY LEADER IN EKET LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL.

To support the free and compulsory Education by the Akwa Ibom Government,Hon Akan Tommey the Honourable Councillor Representing Ward 2 Central in Eket Local Government Area today donates hundreds of text books,dictionaries and Novels to Community Secondary School Idung Iniang Eket. In fulfilment of his promise he made during his last visit/inspection to the school early this year.
Accompany him was the supervisor for Education Eket local government area, Hon Prince Ubong Etukudo.
The honourable councillor in his speech,thank his boss Hon Frank Archibong for laying a right part for them to follow,he also thank Mr Frank Archibong for investing so much in the educational system in the local government.
“Sir thank you for teaching us good”
He urge the students to dedicate more of their time to reading to enable them come with flying colors at the end of their studentship. Also speaking the honourable supervisor for Education Prince Ubong Etukudoh use the opportunity too,to plead with the students to use the text books wisely,he employ them to give utmost attention to their learning to enable them be a good citizen.
“Respect your parents and teachers” he added.
The delegation was welcome by the school principal Pastor Abraham Enoch who thanked the honourable councillor for the kind gesture and love he has for the students and for his people.
Finally the students prayed God to continue to bless and thee,they pray God to bless the Executive Chairman Eket Hon Frank Archibong and Akwa Ibomb State.
